Diamond Blackfan Anaemia/Anemia (DBA) is a rare bone marrow disease where one’s body cannot naturally produce a sufficient supply of red blood cells. There are three ways that this disease can be treated: corticosteroids, blood transfusions, or bone marrow transplants.
